Strogels offers multipurpose batch pervaporation plants which are based on PERVAP(TM) technology from DeltaMem AG. A batch unit can dehydrate different solvents like ethanol, isopropanol, acetone, tetrahydrofuran (THF), methyl ethyl ketone (MEK) or ethyl acetate with the same membrane to low water concentrations of <0.1 wt.%.

Together with DeltaMem AG we have developed a modular standard batch pervaporation plant with the following features: 

  • pre-engineered modular plant concept

  • standardized process equipment and instrumentation

  • container size

  • multipurpose design
